Why has my order been canceled?
If your order is cancelled, we will notify you via email or by phone explaining the reason.
What happens if I forget to use a discount code?
Once your order is completed, we can not add the discount. You may use on next order if code is still valid.
Why is my discount code not working?
1 Check code to be sure it is entered correctly. (Case Sensitive)
2 The code may have expired
3 Code may be for a select item
4 May be a one time use code
