Cancelation Policy

We are unable to cancel or change orders once completed.

Shipping Policy*

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Most items are shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Items should arrive at your home within 3 to 7 business days from date of purchase (depending on location).

Please note: Unscript'd Boutique is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items.

Return & Exchanges

All Sales are Final. No Refunds. No Returns, unless otherwise pre- approved by owner. We reserve the right to deny a return/exchange.

If merchandise is defective, email UnscriptdBoutiquellc@gmail.com with a photo copy and full details of issue with 3 days of receiving the item. Please note: If we are not notified within 3 days, the return/exchange will not be accepted. We reserve the right to deny a return/exchange.

Where's My Orders:

Check email for tracking information concerning your order. If you do not see an email, check your spam inbox. If you have not recieved you tracking number, please email us at UnscriptdBoutiquellc@gmail.com with Subject Line: Where is my order. Please on clue name and order number.

Why has my order been canceled?

If your order is cancelled, we will notify you via email or by phone explaining the reason.

What happens if I forget to use a discount code?

Once your order is completed, we can not add the discount. You may use on next order if code is still valid.

Why is my discount code not working.

1 Check code to be sure it is entered correctly. (Case Sensitive)
